As part of our service Clear Sales Australia manage the State based Pharmacy Groups, also known as 2nd Tier Groups.
Management of State Based Groups:
- Manage relationships with the groups on behalf of our Clients and ensure Clients have updated information regarding ranging, promotional expectations, pricing & deals, NPD status, planogram implementation & distribution
- Monitoring Trading Terms and PDE/MOQ agreements ongoing
- Managing promotional budgets and spend to achieve maximum ROI
- Manage and facilitate all promotional activity throughout the year – Including Promotional Planners, Submission Forms (incl Nexus), Core Lines, Planograms, POS for Catalogue, Allocations and Discounts, Deal Submissions, Images for Catalogues/Online, New Line Forms, RRP & SRP
Key Account Management Opportunities
Management of Wholesalers and National Groups
- Present new lines (NPD): Make appointments for initial presentations with Category Buyers, maintain communication from initial meeting through to ranging in store. Including but not limited to: deal negotiation, deal submissions and PDE Terms with WS, planogram space negotiation, field/group training facilitation, managing any promotional spend, promotional planners and submission forms incl. Nexus, New Line forms, consumer promotion activations and distribution of POS, Sell-out strategies and in-store training.
- Manage existing agreements: Managing Wholesaler agreements and deal maintenance for existing product ranges. Minimising distribution gaps and maximising existing SKU’s on planogram/core ranged.
- Allocate National Spend : Maximising Return on Investment for Clients. Selecting timelines that coincide with consumer promotions, maximising spend opportunities and driving distribution of NPD. Supplying a Promotional Tracker by State, Group & Activity. Monitor all IQVIA/Sales Reports to determine continued/future promotional activity.
